Installing a purchased script involves more than uploading its files. The application must match the hosting environment, connect to its database, and use the correct public URL and runtime configuration.

What to include in your enquiry

• The script name, version, and installation documentation.
• The hosting environment and whether the installation is new or replacing an existing site.
• A valid software licence and permission to modify the target environment.

Define the scope

Agree which configuration, database setup, scheduled tasks, email settings, and deployment checks are included.
